Process...We do not carry shelf stock, and each item is custom made as orders are placed.  Order process time is 12 to 18 business days depending upon the time of year.

 Soaps must dry for a minimum of 5 days before wrapping.  Each batch of soap is custom made for each customer, and this may result in a slight difference in soap color between orders.  Consider this as a sign of a lovingly made, exceedingly fresh product.

Colored liquid product..We do not normally color liquid products as many customer prefer the more natural look, however, we can lightly tint your liquid products, but you must order 64 or more ounces of the same product, in the same scent, and the same color. So, if you were ordering Pink Sugar lotion in 4 ounce bottles you would need to order 4 cases which is a total of 16 four ounce bottles to reach the 64 ounce requirement.

Soaps, and bath salts are are automatically colored with colors complimentary to the scent.
